Giov offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Giov for any reason, email support@giovchat.app or legal@giovchat.app within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
2. How to request a refund
Email from the address used at checkout. Include your workspace name or the email on the receipt if you have it. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You can also open a billing request with the reseller named on your receipt at https://paddle.net. We sell worldwide; the reseller handles tax invoices and the payment rail for your country.
3. What the guarantee covers
The 30-day window starts on the purchase date on your receipt. It covers paid Starter upgrades, Pro, Advanced, and the GiovBot add-on.
Starter itself is free. If a Pro trial requires a payment method and you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you have already been charged, this 30-day guarantee still applies from the purchase date.
Network fees charged by WhatsApp, Meta, or similar providers on your own accounts are not billed by Giov and are not refunded by Giov.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing in the dashboard, or by emailing support@giovchat.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Asking for a refund of a charge already made is a separate request under the 30-day guarantee above.
5. Statutory rights
If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you a longer cooling-off or withdrawal period, that law prevails for that right. Giov is intended for business customers. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived.
